Great trip the guild was able to find us another boat very quickly after some boat problems. Caught a bunch of great fish. Would recommend and go again.

I recently had the pleasure of fishing with Captain Joe, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Despite booking less than 24 hours in advance, Captain Joe was incredibly accommodating and took my brother and me out on a cold, windy day.

First time fishing Matagorda Bay, and Captain Joe was ready for us as soon as we arrived. The fishing was challenging, but he kept moving us to where the fish were. If you’re looking to fish Matagorda, you can’t go wrong by booking Captain Joe. Highly recommend!

We booked less than 24 hours in advance (not usually ideal), but Captain Joe agreed and took my brother and me out on a cold, windy day. Despite the poor weather, he got us on a bunch of reds, a few black drum, and a few sheepshead. Highly recommend Captain Joe!
